I took up this training and I am currently undergoing the advanced FreeMind Therapy training which encompasses the 3 pillars of Deep Peace, Power and Purpose. This training has brought about huge changes in a very subtle manner by letting go of my limiting beliefs and helping me reprogram my subconscious mind. I also understood that I acquired these limiting beliefs of always feeling not being good enough, very early on from my childhood.

In every session we will take you into a trance by way of deep relaxation to access the subconscious mind to help reprogram by using positive suggestions.
During the session you are completely conscious and aware of what’s going around you or about the surrounding s and what’s happening during the sessions.
I will provide follow-up exercises and tools to help you overcome this challenge.
Session Duration: 60 to 90 minutes
To witness change and realise the benefits, generally 4 to 6 sessions are recommended.

How does hypnotherapy work? 

Our minds work on two levels – the conscious and the subconscious. We make decisions, think and act with our conscious mind. The subconscious mind controls our habits and our emotions. In hypnosis we can communicate directly with the subconscious mind. This is why it is so quick and easy to change habits of a lifetime with hypnosis.

Will I be asleep
However it is a deep form of relaxation that you can be guided into. While in hypnosis you will have an awareness of what is happening, and at the end of the session it is likely you will recall what has happened.

Can everyone be hypnotised?
Generally speaking everyone of normal intelligence (with an IQ above 70) can be hypnotised. In fact, every time you daydream you are in a form of hypnosis.

Is Hypnosis Safe?
It is akin to meditation, visualisation or daydreaming. You are aware and in control at every moment and can terminate the session at any time. It is impossible for you to get “stuck” in a state of hypnosis, and you cannot be made to do something that is against your will. In the session you will sit in a comfortable chair with your eyes closed but be very relaxed.

How can hypnotherapy help me Stop Smoking, Lose Weight etc? 
Because smoking, eating, etc are habits, they are controlled by the subconscious mind. Since hypnosis and NLP work directly on the subconscious, this is the only method that makes sense!

How can hypnotherapy help me overcome anxiety or procrastination? 
There is a reason why the problem started. Your subconscious mind holds all your past memories. By accessing your subconscious we not only can find the cause of the problem but also help your release the emotions connected to the problem.

The Effectiveness of Hypnosis
Historically, hypnotherapy has been considered to be a complementary or alternative therapy. However, hypnosis has been accepted since the 1950’s by both the British Medical Association and the American Medical Association. In fact, it was a Scottish doctor James Braid who coined the phrase “Hypnosis”, and hypnosis and hypnotherapy are used today in hospitals to help issues such as IBS and anxiety.
Outside the NHS, in a general clinical hypnotherapy practice, hypnotherapy is used extensively to help clients kick habits and addictions and help them overcome all manner of emotional issues.
