The universe is surrounded with energy and sometimes in life these energies are disturbed due to certain events in our lives. When your mind, body and soul is not in sync that is when we start feeling depressed and we feel lost.
Reiki came into my life when I was struggling with my outreach and facing roadblocks in my growth as a yoga teacher.
Reiki not only helped me make a shift in my career but also brought about a huge shift in my life pon all spheres, helping me improve my relationship with myself and others. It taught me self love and acceptance. Helped increase my self- awareness and boosted my confidence.
What is Reiki?
Reiki(pronounced ray -key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It was discovered by Mikao Usui. The general meaning of Re is universal and Ki means Prana, the vital life force or the universal life energy.

How is Reiki used and what are its benefits
If pain would be something you could hold in your hands, I would have loved to see it disappear from this earth. The Reiki practitioner uses his/her palms to transfer the universal energy (chi) from his/her body to that of the person to whom it is intended to be transferred to. Most of the time, it is done through touch, though Reiki is possible to be given to people at far- away places too.
